Kenny Monday is Olympic Champion from Seoul 1988 and World Champion from Barcelona 1992 in freestyle wrestling.

2006 Freestyle World Champion (55kg), 2008 Olympic Bronze Medalist, 2x World Silver Medalist, 3x Olympian, 4x European Championships Medalist.
Steve Fraser
The USA's first Greco-Roman Olympic medalist winning the Gold in 1984. Fraser was also the coach of Rulon Gardner in the 2000 Olympic games when Rulon beat Alexander Karelin for the Gold.
Matt Linland
Also known as The Law, is a retired American mixed martial artist, Olympic wrestler, speaker, actor, coach, entrepreneur, and politician. He won the Oregon Republican Party's nomination for the Oregon House of Representatives, District 52 seat on May 20, 2008. In mixed martial arts, Lindland has competed primarily in the Middleweight division for the UFC, Strikeforce. Affliction, the IFL, Cage Rage, the WFA, and BodogFIGHT.
Erica Wiebe
The reigning Olympic champion in women's 75 kg freestyle, winning gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

LeRoy Smith, President of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame
LeRoy Smith, President of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame
Mr. Smith came to Suples to discuss implementing Suples Training Systems into youth challenges to build strength and conditioning for wrestlers at a young age under the structure of the National Hall of Fame Organization. Mr. Leroy Smith is the former head coach of Arizona State. Mr. LeRoy Smith coached his brother, 2x Olympic Champion, 4x World Champion, and Head Coach of Oklahoma State, legend John Smith. In 2012 Mr. Smith presented our very own Coach Ivan Ivanov with this award inducting him into the Wrestling Hall of Fame. Ceremony was handled at the Red Lion Hotel in Boise, ID.

2X Olympian and current Wheaton College Head Wrestling/Strength & Conditioning Coach Jim Gruenwald to visit our Suples Wrestling Club. Jim was also a former assistant coach to coach Ivan when he was the head coach in Northern Michigan University.
